Just one of about 2 dozen previews that I need to share on my poor neglected blog . Here is my beautiful little niece and her mommy. She has grown so much since our newborn session together this past April! Love her!!

Is she really two years old? Oh my, I cannot believe how fast my baby is growing! She is pretty serious in front of the camera, except when Daddy is around, then she just can’t help herself. Most everyone refers to her as a “spitfire”, she is much more adventurous then her petite frame indicates, and have I mentioned how she adores her daddy? His 12 hour days away from her mean that she rarely sees him before bed time during the week, making their morning time together, “their time”, and if I dare intrude, she cuts her eyes at me and will rarely speak to me, as if to say, “Back off, mommy. I will see you in a bit. Right now, its just me and my dad.” She only has a dozen or so words, but manages to communicate just fine. She loves to dance, especially to Britney Spears and French DJ Martin Solveig (you tube his video “Hello” featuring Dragonette and all will become clear.), and she plays a mean game of hide and seek. I couldn’t ask for a more adorable daughter and must stop writing now so that I can stop crying. This is our fourth attempt at a photo shoot and finally decided that it was best to enlist her daddy assistance. Happy belated birthday, my sweet and gentle beauty…well, she is always beautiful, but that sweet and gentle part is bound to come with age . Thank you for choosing me. I love you.

Oh my goodness. These “kiddos” were absolute perfection during our session at the studio in downtown Franklin. They couldn’t be more gorgeous, were sooooo kind, and I could go on and on and on. They belong to my Ella’s preschool teacher, and it was a complete joy to meet all of them. If my children are half as kind and caring as these four are, I will be one very happy mom! Mrs T, your children are stunning and I can’t thank you enough for stopping by the studio, and of course for the love and care you show Ella every day she is at school. I hope you enjoy their gallery of images! Don’t forget, A and R are going to need senior portraits before you know it . Xoxoxo!

How gorgeous is this adorable couple?? I am so excited about their wedding that I am second shooting in October with Jenny Cruger Photography! When she said that the couple had decided to do an engagement session, I just knew I had to come along. We had such a fun time walking around this gorgeous park that I had never actually been to before! It was so meaningful to the bride to be and we couldn’t have asked for more gorgeous sunlight that evening. I hope you enjoy these and I can’t wait for your wedding day in a few short months!
