Oh I just love shooting this blue eyed beauty! This was my thrid session with her and her sweet parents over the past year, and I still get to have one more with them in the fall! I was so excited when her and her parents decided to bring her giraffe with them!
We had so much fun exploring The City Market in downtown Raleigh!
When I last shot down here this past January, the family was dressed in greens and blues and yellows and this mural matched them perfectly. Image how I nearly passed out with excitement when we turned the corner, and the mural was different and matched THIS sweet girl! Completely unplanned, just like my previous client! How cool is that?

I could sit and stare at these images for days. It helps that they include two of my most favorites! My very best friend lives in North Carolina and we are so lucky to have gotten to of seen them so much over the past few months as my business is growing in leaps and bounds in North Carolina, as well as while in town for all these new babies that my friends and family are having! I actually did a family session for C & E with J in April, but I realized that we spent so much time on J and getting some shots with J and his daddy, that we didn’t have very much (if anything!) of J with his mommy! We headed out to the park one evening after dinner and I couldn’t resist the delicious sun flare that was heading down the horizon, so I insisted that C & J sit for an impromput session with me–and I am so glad that they did!

When F & A’s parent’s contacted me about a session, I was soooo excited but I am pretty sure that we had to reschedule the session at least 3 times and it was torture! Through the magic of facebook, I had seen pictures of F & A, and could not wait to spend a morning with them and their parents, who I actually knew while in college–in a ladies singing ensemble with their mom, and in every one of my literature and writing classes with their dad!
How adorable are they??
