I recently had a fantastic opportunity to do corporate head shots for Waterstone Mortgage Group in Franklin, TN. You can see a few of the headshots from that session here. They also needed some more causal portraits of a few of their employees and their marketing manager was up for the casual stuff first! Due to many of my days spent at auditions as an actor before my kiddos were born, I am all too familiar with how awful having headshots done can be, so I was determined to make this session fun and relaxed! I hope I accomplished that! These were taken at one of my most favorite places to shoot–Downtown Franklin!

My Girl on Monday. Spring Hill TN Child Photographer.
I know, I know, promises, promises, right? I PROMISE that I have sooo much stuff that I can put in a Mine on Monday post that I really don’t even know where to start sharing! I thought I would go ahead and post a few snaps I took of my sweet Ella the other day. We have these beautiful purple flowers all over our yard. I know they are really some sort of weed and I see them everywhere, they are just sooo pretty! I had been trying for a few days to get Ella to lay in them without having a complete meltdown. Well this day was not so much without a meltdown, as more of a day where I was able to hold the meltdown off for about thirty seconds. So here she is, my sweet baby girl and next weeks post will for sure feature my favorite little guy.
If you know Ella, you know that she looooooves her belly and loves to show it off to anyone who is near.
And because I have way more ‘out-takes’ then I do actually useable photographs and also since I haven’t done a post on just Brody in a while, I thought I would stick a snap of him in here too. As you can see, Ella was about 45 seconds into her time in the flowers and waaaaay over it, and Brody was being much too dramatic about the sun in his eyes. But I don’t have many photos these days of the two of them together, so this one made the cut because they weren’t throwing temper tantrums in this one, unlike the other 17 frames of this same set up

Well, it certainly doesn’t hurt that their parents are so incredibly cute themselves!
Seriously, when I saw these smiles and cuddles and laughs, I knew we were in for an awesome session!
When we walked around the corner and saw this artwork, I immediately knew how PERFECT it was for a few more family shots.
It was so wonderful to see you M and S after all this time! I am so glad that I got to meet your handsome little guys–thank you so much for asking me to photograph the four of you!
